Order Cancellations & Returns Policy

Because our meals are freshly prepared and perishable, The Little Green Fork cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed. This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives meals that are safe, fresh, and of the highest quality.

If you notice an issue with your order, please check your confirmation promptly and contact us at info@thelittlegreenfork.com. While we cannot accept returns, we value your trust and will always do our best to make things right for our neighbors in the Miss-Lou.

If any meals haven’t been picked up by 6pm on Tuesday, we donate them to The Natchez Stewpot — a local non-profit that helps feed members of our community in need.

Gift Card Policy

Digital gift cards are non-refundable and never expire. They can be redeemed online or in person (The Little Green Fork, Sun–Tues, 12–6 PM). Balances can be used across multiple orders, combined with discounts, and transferred to others.
