Gift Card Instructions
Online redemption:
- When making a purchase, the recipient enters the gift card code in the appropriate field at checkout (codes aren't case sensitive)
- If the gift card balance covers the full order total, they can complete the order
- If the balance is less than the order total, they'll be prompted to add another payment method for the remaining amount
Checking the balance:
- Recipients can check their gift card balance by clicking the link in the gift card email they received, which takes them to the gift card page on your store
Additional details:
- Gift card balances can be used across multiple orders until depleted
- Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order
- Gift cards can be combined with discount codes
- The balance applies to the total order value including taxes and shipping
Recipients can redeem gift cards in person by having the code scanned or entered manually at The Little Green Fork, Sun-Tues, 12-6pm.
Gift Card Policy
Digital gift cards are non-refundable and never expire. They can be redeemed online or in person (The Little Green Fork, Sun–Tues, 12–6 PM). Balances can be used across multiple orders, combined with discounts, and transferred to others.
