Because our meals are freshly made to order and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns, cancellations or exchanges once an order has been purchased. This helps us ensure every customer gets food that’s safe, fresh, and high quality.
If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
If any meals haven’t been picked up by 6pm on Tuesday, we donate them to The Natchez Stewpot — a local non-profit that helps feed members of our community in need.
